The policy to regulate the examinations is being developed by a committee of OSD SC cadres of senior IAS officers that met for the first time on July 26, 2024. The last call will however be made based on the recommendations of the committee and more so the position of the government keeping in mind the assembly elections. Some even speculate that it will be okay for the government to offer regularization to the employees who work and have been with the company for 5-7 years.

What’s Next?

Since the policy in not yet formally formulated, there is no assurance yet. But, the policy making is likely to be more definitive in the final cabinet meeting on; August 5, 2011, where the policies will be confirmed and the structures put in place.
